Meet Alina

I was born in a picturesque and colorful place, which explains why I love bringing color to people’s lives through images.

I translate complex concepts and ideas into visuals and teach people how to bring their ideas to life through illustrations. I believe that helping people “SEE” fosters reflection. Through graphic facilitation, I help clients better understand important topics, increase employee participation, create shared meanings, thoughtful decision-making, and most importantly, ignite a need to follow plans with a call for action.

Drawing has always been my passion. I've been doing it for as long as I can remember, and professionally for over a decade.

Though my academic background is in design, my journey began in an unexpected place—a client service role at a bank. This experience in the corporate world taught me invaluable life lessons and inspired me to use my creative talents to serve both people and businesses.

This inspiration led to the birth of Visual Versa, where I committed myself to exploring the creative side of life. I became fascinated by how visuals influence our thoughts and learning processes. This curiosity drove me to embark on an academic journey alongside my professional career. I am currently pursuing a PhD to deepen my understanding, so I can contribute more meaningfully.

Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with diverse companies and teams across various setups and topics. This experience has allowed me to contribute in numerous ways, from leading workshops and visual facilitations to conducting individual sessions and delivering keynote speeches, including at TEDx and other notable platforms.
